We aim to reply within 2 business days. Every message is read by a person.
WheelsUp is run by one person. That means you will never be routed through a phone tree or answered by a bot — and it means a fix sometimes takes longer than a reply. When that happens we will tell you which one you are getting and when to expect the other.

Get in touch

In plain terms: pick whichever fits and write to us — it opens a short form, not an inbox.

You do not need an account to contact us, and you do not need to pick the perfect category. These just help the message land in the right place:

If you spotted a benefits date, rule, or number on the site that looks wrong, that is the most useful message you can send us — say where you saw it and what you believe is correct, and we will check it against the source regulation and correct the site if you are right.

What to include

In plain terms: four lines from you saves a round trip.

Nothing here is required — send what you have. But when a message includes these, it usually gets answered rather than asked about:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
  • Where — the page or tool, and roughly when.
  • Your browser and device, if it looked broken rather than wrong.
  • The email on your account, if you have one and the problem involves it.

Please do not send your SSN, full date of birth, bank details, or a password — not to us and not to anyone claiming to be us. We never ask for them, and we cannot use them to help you.

What happens next

In plain terms: a real reply within 2 business days.

Your message goes to a person, not a queue. We aim to reply within 2 business days — that is a commitment we publish on the status page too, and we would rather you hold us to it than discover it was decoration.

If you send a message without giving us an email address, we will read it and we may act on it, but we cannot reply — there is nowhere to send the answer. If you want one, leave an address.

Account & billing

In plain terms: most account things you can do yourself, without asking us.

From inside your account you can change your password, turn two-factor authentication on or off, export everything you have entered, and delete your account and its data outright. None of that needs us, and none of it is buried.

Questions about plans, renewals, cancellation, or refunds are answered in full under Payment, plans & refunds — including what "lifetime" does and does not promise. If your question is not answered there, or something about a charge looks wrong, tell us and we will sort it out.

Can't sign in? Use the password reset on the sign-in page first — it is faster than we are. If the reset email never arrives, check spam, then let us know which address you used.

Is it down?

In plain terms: check the status page before writing in.

The status page answers one question — whether the planner is reachable right now — and it is deliberately hosted somewhere else, so it does not go down with the thing it reports on.

It publishes no uptime percentage. A single check every five minutes cannot honestly support one, and a number we cannot derive would be worse than none.

Accessibility barriers

In plain terms: if something blocks you, that is a bug and we want it.

We publish an accessibility statement that says what we have measured, what we know still falls short, and what we have not tested — including assistive technology, which we have not. It also sets out how barrier reports are handled and how quickly.

If something on either surface blocks you, please tell us and include the page, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology you were using.

If you are in crisis

In plain terms: this form is not the right channel, and waiting for us is not the right plan.

We answer within a couple of business days. If you need someone now, the Veterans Crisis Line is free, confidential, staffed 24/7, and does not require you to be enrolled in VA care. The details are at the bottom of every page on this site, including this one.
