Export your own data and use it however you like.

What's not allowed
In plain terms: no scraping, no reselling, no breaking in, no illegal use, no abuse of others.
Reverse-engineering or copying the service to build a competing product.
Scraping, bulk-downloading, or automated access not through features we provide.
Reselling, sublicensing, or sharing paid access with people who haven't purchased it.
Uploading unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
Using WheelsUp to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to violate any law or regulation.
Misrepresenting WheelsUp output as official military, financial, or legal guidance.
Security & abuse
In plain terms: don't try to break, overload, or get into accounts that aren't yours.
No attempts to access other users' accounts or data.
No probing, scanning, or testing the security of the service without our written permission.
No denial-of-service, excessive automated requests, or attempts to overload the service.
No circumventing rate limits, bot checks, authentication, or paid-feature gates.
Your content
The plan data you enter is yours. You're responsible for what you put in, and for keeping sensitive identifiers (like your SSN) out of it. Don't enter classified or controlled information.
Enforcement
If you violate this policy, we may warn you, limit your access, or suspend or terminate your account — with or without notice depending on severity. Serious or illegal abuse may be reported to the appropriate authorities. See the Terms of Service for the full agreement.
